Jazz game!

My dad got us tickets from his work to go to the jazz vs nets game. My dad, mom, Chris and I went. It was way fun! We haven't been to a jazz game in a while. We were lucky enough to even get good seats..row 25 :) the jazz actually won 107 to 94. It was funny every time D Will got the ball the crowd boo'd him..the WHOLE game..it got a little old after a while. I still like him. Thanks for a great nights parents!!

Love birds

I have been feeling like one of our bedroom walls is a little bare.. Even with some pictures hung up i still wasn't quite satisfied. We found this cute rub on and we loved it! It was a little pricy but it was worth it :)

Fabric wreaths

I LOVE making fabric wreaths!! They are so easy and cheap! I want to make one for every holiday and in every color! I made the orange and brown one a couple months ago and just made the blue one tonight.

Craft room

Aren't these the cutest craft room ideas ever!! This is my next project once I get our Christmas stuff put away.

Christmas cookies

Will I ever learn my lesson when I make these..I always make them too thin and have like over two dozen cookies! Which is fine until I have to frost them then it sucks! Oh well. :)

Festival of Trees

Me and my friend Jenny volunteered at the festival of trees wednesday night. Once we got off work we headed straight out there, by the time we got there we could only volunteer for about two hours. We worked in "The Sweet Shop" behind the Scenes. We helped put together some plates of chocolate, saran wrap them, and price them. We were talking with a lady Jenny knows who is on the committee every year. She said she works a full time job and every year she saves up her vacation time to volunteer at the Festival of Trees. She goes and picks things up in the morning starting around 7am then works at the Festival of Trees from 9am until about 11 at night. I'm sure many of the other volunteers are the same way. I was talking to her about the money they make from The Sweet Shop and she said 100% of the profits go to Primary Children's and that a lot of businesses will donate all the ingredients to make all the treats! So everything is 100% donation and volunteer. I'm sure most people know that..but i didn't and I thought it was awesome! I don't know about most people but I don't think I would be willing to use my own vacation time and still continue to work long hours without getting paid. It's good to know there are still some good hearted people out there! Last year they raised $1.5 million for Primary Children's do it really does go to a good cause.

Christmas decorations

We Just got all of our Christmas decorations up. This last weekend we put up our outside lights and put up the Christmas tree and decorated it. Everything looks super cute! I love our big living room in our new house it's perfect for the Christmas tree! At our last house we didn't have the best outside space for our lights, but we had fun putting them all up at this house it was much more fun this year! Although I don't really feel like its Christmas yet..maybe it's the lack of snow..which I am 100% fine with! I would be fine if it didn't snow until Christmas eve!
p.s. I know these pictures suck..I pretty much took them in the dark with my phone..but everything really does look cute! :)
